Linden appliance and Makro are running an extended warranty ****!

Purchased an AEG washing machine from Makro in late 2018 with extended warranty. Late last year, the bearings start making a massive racket and obviously need to be repaired. Contacted makro to book the repair, it slips through the cracks and nothing happens. Contact makro again this year, they appoint Linden appliances. Linden appliance technician comes out, looks at the machine for 10 minutes and disappears, a month passes and nothing, I eventually get hold of Linden Appliances who tell me they are waiting for parts. Another month passes and nothing, again i get hold of them and lay my complaint, they tell me that they cant get parts and AEG will contact me, that was 3 weeks ago. And no one, not from AEG or Makro and certainly not linden appliances has called me. What a useless business operation.
