Lies, inefficiencies and general apathy towards customers.

After placing my order on the Monday 21st October 2019, I finally receive on the 15th November 2019 a damage product which I did not accept and returned it with Time Freight. All this after promising a 2 to 5 day delivery! Not only did Makro promise on Tuesday, 19th November 2019, that the damaged Washing machine, order number MAK***, would be exchanged but you chose to send back the very same item that was returned to your Montague Gardens store on Wednesday, 20th November 2019, with Time Freight on the 21st November 2019. Your lies, inefficiencies and general apathy towards customers will not be tolerated and unless I received a positive resolution to this issue with the next 72 hours I will invoke my rights under the CPA and hand this matter over to my attorney. Your online order tracking system is never updated and reflects incorrect information. Marko is the worst online retailer I have yet to deal with, your so called customer service center leaves a lot to be desired. They do not follow up on outstanding queries and when they do it is an airy fairy reply with "apologies" that never come to anything. Get your act together Makro!
