****** lies, bad service, stay away from online order that they have to deliver rather pick it up yourself

I had made an online order with Makro on the 28/07/2023 and after my order was processed I received an email saying I’ll get my order on the 31/07/2023, then on the 30/07/2023 I received an sms with the tracking link and driver’s cellphone numbers. The order never came and no one contacted me late on the 31/07/2023 I called the driver and he said he was not working on that day and he knows nothing about my parcel. Yesterday I called the customer service and they tell me that they tried to deliver but I was unreachable, meanwhile that is the pure lie no one contacted me, even today I called their customer service, on the first call I made they told me the unreachable lie story but it’s scheduled to be delivered today and they gave me the driver’s number who is allocated to my order, I contacted the driver and he said he will communicate with me when is at the store because at that time he was still on his was to the shop, he then later communicated and said at the shop they say they know nothing about my order as I had given him my order number so he would check for me. I then called the customer service they told me many stories and kept on lying and not being clear about my order but they said they will escalate my issue and gave me some ticket number ***.
