Lies and poor customer service by Makro

Makro delivered 4 rolls of Nova kitchen towels instead of 48 rolls of Nova luxury 2 ply toilet paper. I had paid R160 for the toilet paper. Makro ignored my requests for the correct product to be delivered, but instead, refunded me R160. The toilet paper is still being advertised as a promo, but now at R286 instead of the R160 initially advertised at.

Here is an extract of Makro’s email to me: “Despite our best efforts, we were unable to procure a replacement unit for your order MAK786***x.”

Why the lies Makro? This is not how you treat a Customer of over 50 years.
