Lies

I was told by Tyran (Salesman:SM03033) that my Aircon that I purchased will be installed Sunday 20th of December 2015 or on Monday 21st of December 2015.<br> I phoned Servisure(the company that is supposedly going to install the aircon) on the 21st about 9am to make sure that the installation is happening.<br> A man by the name Basil took all my information and ensured me that the installation is happening and that I just need to wait.<br> <br> About 12pm on the 21st I phoned again. Then Basil answered again and explained to me that they will still come and that they opperate up untill 10pm.<br> <br> At 4pm I phoned again. Then suddenly he says that i am scheduled for the 22nd and that they will be at my place at 9am.<br> <br> 11am i phoned but no answer.<br> Now at 13:15 I phoned and I spoke to his manager.<br> <br> She said that she can't even find any of my information on their system?<br> How can people lie so much?<br> <br> She said now that she can only help me tomorrow the 23rd.....early in the morning.<br> <br> Lets see, but really this is unacceptable.<br> Hope something gets done about this horrific service delivery.<br>
