**** to my face about extended warranty

I was sold an extended warranty under false pretense. I was offered the extended warranty on purchase and was explicitly told it covers cosmetic damage in case the ceramic stove top got cracked. Today I tried to claim on that and was told only faulty electronics are covered. If I knew that was the only thing covered I would have never bought the extended warranty because I know Bosch has a 5 year warranty so why would I need an extended warranty on top of that. I was **** to my face and promised things that aren’t true. Mark pillay was the sales person. I am never ever in my life going to buy from Makro again. I will be buying my large appliances elsewhere from now on.

I strongly recommend against buying from Makro as you will be **** to your face and ******* into buying a useless extended warranty.
