***** about delivery since 12 March

Online Order Number: MAK*** The order was placed on 12 March. Delivery was attempted, without informing anyone that the courier is on his way, AFTER I INDICATED ON THE ORDER who to phone and which number. I contacted Makro different ways to find out what is happening, empty promises. Since 12 i have been trying to get my item delivered. Nothing Today March, after i again sent a message, i was told that the item was delivered. This is a complete lie and the item was not delivered. Can this please be sorted and delivery be arranged.
