<p>Bought a Orbitrek from Makro Silverlakes. Was told I get a fitness watch included worth R1000. Went home, opened the box-no watch and the machine was faulty. (made a funny noise), Had to go back to Makro with considerable trouble because I had to fit the machine in my car - I was NOT going to disassemble it again- they exchanged the machine but the person from Verimark said they no longer give the watches. So why was I told this? The inclusion of the watch was what changed my mind to buy the Orbitrek instead of a normal fitness bicycle. They refuse to give it to me after I complained and also was promised a callback that never happened. Had to call them again!</p>
