LG Washing Machine

On the 6th April 2024 I went to the store in Woodmead to return my washing machine that i bought on the 28th March 2024, A call was logged for me to send a technician to come and have a look at the problem on the same day with Ref number is RNU***. I was also advised that the technician from LG will be in contact within 24 to 48 hours to my disappointment it is the 16th April 2024 but no one has contacted me and now am sitting with the washing machine that it is no use for me but my money is with Makro.
