Lete delivery

So I am a first time online purchaser, I placed an order at Makro on the 31st of January 2025 and was expecting to receive my order on the 4th of February 2025. The date today is the 7th I still haven't received my order, I'm frustrated. I keep on calling their line which takes long for you to get to talk to an agent, I'm not sure how much money I've spent buying airtime to call them. I finally got through and the first agent revealed that my order was still at Makro wonderboom on the 6th and haven't received by any delivery company, however promised to get it delivered same day. I called again to tell them I have not received my order as yet and no communications were made to me about my delivery till today. I'm mad I don't wanna lie😭😩
