Lenovo I5 and Lenovo 10.1 Tablet

Go to Makro today only to find no stock of the Lenovo I5 Laptop going for R6999. Ask what is the alternative and the sales assistant Triven turns out to be rude. Its is unacceptable not to have stock unless Makro has advised on limited stock. Furthermore you making customer drive a distance and canmot offer an alternative. We then purchase the Lenovo 10.1 Tabet and only to take it home and the case does not fit. Contacted the store and spoke to Veloshnee and she says the price was reduced and customers were advised that the case didn't fit. Why would anyone purchase a tablet without a case? And I was not advised neither was their a notice to advise customers. This is false advertising. I would like someone to call me to let me know what Is the outcome with the fact of not having stock of the lenovo laptop and what is the alternative. Also please have the case changed because you can't sell me a a tablet with a case that is larger than the tablet. I'm very unhappy and very disappointed with the false advertising and the incompetence of Makro employees who cannot assist properly. Don't reduce prices for nothing make it worth it to the customer.
