Left in the lurch

Un believable Makro allow businesses to sell on there online platform but have NO CONTROL after ordering something waiting until due date of delivery and two enquiries I get a SMS saying sorry your order was cancelled we WILL refund you. This was a gift......felt left in the lurch much.....
