Lazy staff not a good adverti*****t for Makro

Monday am, went to Strubens to buy an Asus I3 on Promo, Office 365 & a few other items in the dept. The guy first ignored me when I told him that I knew exactly what I wanted & then took the price tags off the shelf & told me that I had to pay 1st before I got the items. I refused saying that he was talking ******* & was in Makro last week & he wanted to know who it was & then he then tried that it Makro policy. I was at Woodmead last week to buy the I7 & Office 365 as Strubens was out of stock & if it was policy they woulld have done the same. At Woodmead I was asked if I needed to buy other items in store because it would take a few minutes to fetch & he then went with to the till & took a copy of the slip & said it was for stock reasons. Here nothing & I still had to buy a bag & ext hd, so he expected me to make 2 payments. Then someone else approached & thought that I would consider buying insurance & he ignored my complaint. There was apparently no other persons to assist & this other person refused to leave me alone & this is a prime example of why customers choose to go to other retailers. This persons actions were out of pure laziness.
