Lazy drivers and shoddy service

Do not shop online! They always delay. Previously they kept delaying my order. After a few weeks of delays they decided to deliver over the New Years day weekend. At which point I called, emailed and logged a reschedule request online as I wasn't going to be home then. They still delivered anyway. Luckily I live in an estate and security was kind enough to keep it for me for the entire holiday season. When I got back and opened my package I realised that the chips I had ordered was already expired.

On Monday I ordered a kettle and toaster set. It was set to arrive on Tuesday. On Tuesday the driver called me and said its too late to deliver now, he will come on Wednesday. I offered to meet him or for him to leave it at security. He refused, and said he would be back on Wednesday at around 10am. I had no choice but to agree. When I checked the tracking, he had reported that I had rescheduled delivery. Due to this, my parcel was sent back to the store with no plans of delivery. I was only told this at about 3pm Wednesday when I called customer care.

Their service is horrible to say the least. Rather shop online at more reliable stores
