Lawnmower repair
Bhought a Rayobi l petrol lawnmower after a few cuts it was giving problems. I've returned it and a refund was given. I bhought the same one again and the same issue. If send it in for repairs in December2024 it took about 8 weeks when they contacted me and said I must pay for a service then I can collect it, however it was serviced and new oil and sparkplug was replaced by myself. I declined their service and I've received a message to come and collect the lawnmower. With big shock I've realised that they already drained the oil and replace the sparkplug, apparently the repair was booked in for a service and not starting. Which was not the case, in store when I wanted collect it the starting cable was thorn and parish I've refused to take it home. Although the manager told me to take it out in new oil and sparkplug and it will work. The main issue was the blade drum was not turning but when they've put in their oil etc it work, I've checked it again in store and the blade drum was still faulty. I'm disappointed in Makro Bloemfontein service and refuse to take back the lawnmower has I cannot trust which oil etc they've replaced. I also feel the manager thought I'm a woman and do not know what I'm talking about. Antor werk past without any communication from Makro.
