Late PS5 Delivery

I litterally placed my order for the PS5 within a minute of the pre orders opening on Makro's website , We were guaranteed delivery on launch day 19/11/2020 My order was packed yesterday . Today is launch day and my order hasnt even been collected by the courier yet. Its almost 11AM on launch day. My friends orders were placed after mine and their orders are out for delivery today. I asked the call centre if i can come and collect , they said sorry no collections allowed. This is the last time i will trust makro for a much anticipated pre-order of this nature. My accessories were ordered with BTgames , those are already out for delivery today So tonight my friends will be jamming on their PS5s and I will not. But hey its not like were waiting for an entire year for this , so its okay Makro take your time. I have pre-ordered several consoles with BTgames and they have never dropped the ball on launch day. Big mistake Makro. Nonchalant and Poor service.
