Late product delivered with a major defect
Hi, I purchased a table tennis board online on the 23rd December. The product was delivered later than promised which was after Christmas on 28th December. We opened the box today 31st Dec and noticed the boarded is damaged and 1 washer and nut is also missing. I spoke to Mark Jacobs on Monday regarding the late delivery pls contact me regarding the damaged board. This unacceptable and a huge inconvenience as i purchased this as a Christmas gift.
