Late delivery, still don't have anything.

Makro told me my online order will take 2-5 work days to arrive. 5 work days have past. It is still not delivered and the system is showing it is not even out for delivery yet. I received no communication from then that my order will be late, on why my order is late or it will come on this or that day. I placed my order on 10 Dec. It is now 20 Dec and I still have nothing. I thought I might save a few buck by shopping on Makro that on Takealot. But from now on that won't happen again the latter actually delivers on time.
