Late delivery of order and no information

Poor service. Online order MAK975516 was ordered on 28th September and was due for delivery within 3 weeks. 3 weeks expired last Friday. I can't get through to the call centre and I have emailed you to ask about status. Makro, please can you tell me when this will be delivered, many thanks
