Late delivery of items

I made an online order on 14 July 2023 for groceries and alcohol. Upon checkout the system stated that I would receive my order by 21 July latest. My order was to be sourced from Makro Bloemfontein. The order was split into 2 (expected), the grocery arrived on the 19th or 20th but the alcohol which I required on the 22nd, arrived 24 July in the afternoon. I am not sure what is happening between Makro Bloemfontein and their courier services, but it is really inconveniencing those of us who are within proximity of Bloem. I have been calling Makro Bloem since 21 July but no one helps with anything or the phone is unavailable or rings forever. I however am not going to accept the order as I no longer require the items. I expect my refund.
