LATE DELIVERY, NO COMMUNICATION

I bought some items online on the 25/11/2021. I have been tracking the progress and it hasn't moved since, It is almost the 7th day and no word. I called yesterday and I was advised that the matter would be escalated and I would get a call back soon, no call back yet.
