LATE DELIVERY, NO COMMUNICATION
I placed an order online on 22/11/2021. I have been tracking the progress and it hasn't moved since. It is long past the 7th day and still no word. I've called several times and was advised that the matter would be escalated and I would get a call back soon, no call back yet. It's frustrating. I regret ever ordering from them.
