late delivery =loss of income for me and they couldnt care

I run B and B's and because of Makros late delivery and disgusting service I have not been able to open 5 units. They are all ready except they have no appliances , glasses or cleaning material and no one can help. i am so annoyed and have lost huge income and because they a big retail store they couldn't be bothered to get back to me or explain i am losing on average 7 thousand rand every day that they are late
