Late delivery and missing items

The service I received from Makro was very poor and unprofessional for such a big brand. I bought two LED mirrors online 11576 magnifying mirror and Makro delivered only one mirror and late by 4 days. The mirror came with a tiny 3 pin plug, i have never seen this plug in South Africa. I called the customer center and they told me that i should log a return. Late delivery and still delivered missing package. Frustrated by your poor customer service Makro
