Large appliance order support and feedback terrible.

I ordered a washing machine three weeks ago. Delivery date came and went and no washing machine was delivered. I contacted Makro several times via Whatsapp support and although the support was good, I never received proper feedback or updates. I just get told it will take 24-48 hours before feedback is provided. I phoned support and asked to cancel the order two days ago and on following up today, as I didn't receive cancellation confirmation yet, I was told that the cancellation request was never processed. Now it is another 24-48 hours before the request will be cancelled (if at all cancelled). I am getting nowhere. Regular product orders have been exceptional but for this appliance, service has been pathetic and I am extremely disappointed and frustrated.
