Laptop with a Manufacturer Fault - ***

Hi, I purchased a laptop from Riversands Makro. After 5 months the unit was faulty so I took it back to the store and they sent it in for repairs. The unit was not able to be repaired as it had a manufacturer fault on it. I asked for a new unit and they were unable to assist as no stores have it. I cannot get the same spec laptop with the refund, there is no laptop available. All I am asking for is the same laptop or one of the same spec. It is unfair that I had to buy a laptop that had a manufacturer fault on it and now it is not possible for me to get the same spec laptop.
