Laptop not working after 1 month- Makro not helping me with my complaint

10 days ago I wrote a review complaining about a laptop not working , that I had bought from Makro. To this day, no one has attended to my complaint. Mbali responded to my review saying that someone is attending to it, but till this day no one has helped.

Their repair company called Platinum Warranty Desk, is also not providing me with a solution regarding my laptop.

Makro offers a very bad service. I am so unhappy, and will never buy anything from Makro again. I would not recommend it to anyone.
