Laptop not even deliverd even 2 days after estimate

My dad bought me laptop. It was said to be delivered on the 21st it is the 23rd as of right now the website says it has not even been shipped yet. My dad wrote a email to their customer care yet they called and said it was by the courier and they would come today and call him. No body arrived. I desparatly need this laptop for school and im stuck without one cause of their slopyness. This is realy unacceptable
