LACK of service MAKRO and HISENSE

One star is way too much. For three weeks I have been phoning Makro Riversands and the call centre for Makro and quite frankly nobody cares about a dud R10000 brand new Hisense fridge that is sitting in my kitchen and making the loudest most unbearable noise. I have had at least 6 people say they will get back to me and three weeks later NOTHING has been done.. And that include Hi sense staff. Worst service ever!!
