Lack of service false advertising

I am trully disappointed. I orders what was advertised as a laptop bag online with my account. When it arrived it is not fit for purpose. No laptop will fit into this tiny handbag. I loved a return more than a week ago. 4 calls later countless empty promised nothing. No reimbur*****t or collection. I am highly disappointment in this tactic and bad business practice and false advertising of something not fit for purpose.
