Lack of service and breach of contract

what an unprofessional *********** organization, i ordered on the 27th November with the contract saying delivery 2 to 5 days in an organization that operates 7 days a week.

the status of my order as this morning is still in progress same as it was on the 27th, received no call to tell me they wont be delivering on time.
