lack of service

The lack of service from Makro is disgusting. I purchased a Tuochi oxygen sensor online on the 16th, and they promised it would be delivered on the 31st of March. Imagine my surprise when I called to check on my order today after waiting for a week, only to be told there was a delay and that I would have to wait for another week. Why can’t you prioritize my order and deliver it before the end of the week? I guess I am not lucky with Makro, because the last time it was our Defy stove that went through the same issue.
