Lack of refund on online purchase / return
still no feedback or resolution - going into 8th week now ... how long will it take?

23 Oct 2023, 12:37well,l what can I say Makro - another week on and still no resolution. Last week - courier sent again to collect goods - THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN RETURNED TO YOU AND NOT REFUNDED. I would like Hennie Gouws contact details to inform him of this ongoing issue
