Lack of ethics

I wanted to purchase a mandolin and had seen an advert for the Dash slicer. When I went on line at Makro, they had a special on this slicer. The picture was for the Dash slicer but when it arrived it was a cheap knock off called a Brava. I complained and asked them to replace them, two off. Eventually, after several emails and completion of their complaints form, they sent someone to collect the wrong item. Again after another week, they came back and refused to replace them. To this day they have still got a picture of the Dash slicer but I can guarantee they will send you the alternative. Something like showing you a Kenwood and sending you some cheap Chinese make. Where have the ethics of Makro gone?
