Lack of customer service, owe Customers refunds and not paying

If u could give no stars, that is where u would be. So, online purchase done on 3 August, all I got was estimated delivery 9 August. 9 August came and went. Phoned on 12 August, oh no, something is wrong, let me ask them to come back to you. Got a email that afternoon, we apologise, supplier not able to supply goods, we are going to imitate refund. Got a email the next day asking for banking details, supp**** and since 13 August, I am waiting for my refund. Diligently phone every second day, only to be told by call centre, ooh,let me escalate. Well, going on a month almost and am still waiting for my refund. Nobody phones you, no emails no nothing. I am so utterly disgusted by this, this is beyond pathetic.
