Lack of customer service

<p>I've been coming to Makro silver lakes and I been forced to wait for somebody to assist and sometimes up to 20 min.Today I complained and a guy by the name of Brian Koopedi came after another 20 min of waiting. When he finally arrived,I tried to explain to him that it was wrong for a customer to wait for such a long time. Instead of apologizing , he told me and with an attitude I can go ahead and complain to his manager.I need makro silver lakes to take their staff memebers to courses for customer service and how you conduct yourself when speaking to a client because surely this Brian character needs some serious couching and I would really appreciate if Hello Peter and makro silver lakes can assist this guy and his collegues with same problem and attitude.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you very much.</p> <p>Mpumelelo Masango</p>
