Lack of communication...delays

My order number of OD*** was suppost to be delivered on thursday 05 march 2026 i ordered on monday....at game a fridge and was delivered the next day makro keep on using bad excuses bad communicating, no communicating over my email address on *** or my cellnumber of *** it was their fault that the delivery is delay but they assume that i need to call them and when i call them phone get to be put on hold or they hangup and tell me i must rate there service i wont recomment anyone to buy at makro i got a few of there assistant also responsible nanes of Gugulethu Mlangeni just to mention one of them i want my order to be ****ing delivered today or want to cancel and want my money back reply or call on my number or email above.
