Lack of communication - not interested in customer service

My online order arrives incomplete. So, has the missing item been ****** along the way, or is there a problem? So I send an email querying this. I get a response that Makro will in touch within 5 days. 5 days!!, I ask you. So I sit in dark without an item that I ordered. Complete lack of communication - not interested in customer service
