lack of communication & inccuring of cost

saw a pc i wanted but it was advertised with different specs, so i mailed makro to confirm which are correct & whole week went by without reply. i had opportunity to go collect other items instore & asked personnel who was assisting to look into my issue but he was very clueless. i went and bought the pc which cost me extra for delivery cost its 3rd party product, when delivered it was not of spects i wanted,logged a retrun immediately & am still waiting. 1. Lack of communication from makro lead to incorrect pc ordered 2. delay in collection of incorrect pc as i need a refund to get pc with correct specs which will COST ME ANOTHER DELIVERY when it was not my fault incorrect pc was ordered. 3. makro just like takealot made business decision to do business with 3rd party - customers should not be liable for delivery cost as i have option to collect in store
