Lack of assistance

I recently purchased items from Makro

The payment went through twice from Payflex's side as I only ordered once from Makro? The first time I tried to make payment, it showed that the payflex payment was unsuccessful, then I made payment again and now the Payflex system shows that the same amount was deducted twice.

I did try to resolve the issue but Payflex informed me that they work like a bank and that it is not their responsibility.

I also requested Makro via email on various occasions but never received a response.
