So on the 13 March 2021 We bought a Baracuda Pacer Automatic pool cleaner. Put it in the pool and it worked for a whole 3 minutes. Whoopee. Did all the necessary adjustments as per the inserted slip in the box and it still only works for 3 minutes at a time. Really ****ed off. I phoned Makro and spoke to a person called Anika twice. Both times promising someone would phone to take my details and then send someone out to my home to investigate. Well no surprise nobody has phoned yet. Am now disappointed beyond measure as my pool is starting to turn green. What can I do about this?
