Kreepy Krauly Dominatar Kombi Pack

I bought a Kreepy Krauly Dominator Kombi Pack at Makro Silver Lakes 27/02/2016 13:03.The Kreepy get stuck in on corner of the pool and stay in the corner ,once you remove it ,it go back to the same corner and stay. I was away from the 12 March till The 20 March.We have a tiled pool.I took the Kreepy back on the 21 March 2016 after /- 45 in Returns the person advice me to contact the supplier to assist me. I bought the Kreepy from Makro Silver Lakes and they MUST ASSIST me not Kreepy. I want my money back. If I bought the Kreepy from a Pool company and had problems they would send someone to my house to assist with the \PROBLEM. . "
