Knock-Off Products and Poor Service

Absolutely shocking service from Makro online, I will never purchase from them again and ensure I let my family and friends know. I ordered a baby chair over to weeks ago and when it finally arrived a "knock-off" cheap version of the chair I purchased arrived. On their website, it was advertised as the BabyWombWorld 2-in-1 Convertible Baby High Feeding Chair with Tray with the pictures but it looked completely different when it arrived. I sent an email with the details and photos and no one rep****, I had to call to follow up. Again no help or progress so I had to call in a few more times until they finally logged the return and I was very clear that I did not want a refund, I wanted a replacement. Again no progress so I has to keep on calling in and finally they said they can't replace the chair they have refunded me, which I did not want. The chair shows up twice on their website so they have different suppliers and options, they need to sort it out on their end. At the end of the day, I purchased a product that was advertised (falsely I might add) on their website and want that product delivered as it is still reflecting on their website.
