kenwood major titanium

Good day<br> <br> I have purchased a kenwood major titanium km023 from makro just 2 months ago. I was using the blender on the top and the part that hold the bowl beater came lose and needs fixing. I sent it back to makro and they said that they are going to repair it. I am very upset as i had purchased this machine because of it being such a good machine.i just spent R7000 on a machine that broke within 2 months. I at least expect a new machine. It seems like a manufacturers fault and i think its very unfair to have spent much money on a faulty machine. Il wait for a response from kenwood
