Karcher - Still under warranty but I must pay for repairs

I bought a Karcher Vacuum cleaner on 03/11/2021. It broke on 28/05/2022, so i took it back to Makro Polokwane on 29/05/2022. So yesterday 13/06/2022 I got a call from them saying they can repair the motor but I must pay for it.

This item is still under warranty so I will not pay for any repairs, I want a new vacuum cleaner.

This is really unacceptable service.

I see that this is not taken as a serious matter, because I haven't had any feedback yet, when will you get back to me? I need this vacuum cleaner to be replaced urgently and at no cost to me!!!
