KARCHER K3 HIGH PRESSURE CLEANER does not deliver power when switched on

I took this item to Makro and after about a week they informed me it was repaired.

picked up the item and it worked for about 5 squirts and then stopped working again.

I set out my whole day to work with the cleaner.

Please NOTE I did my part and took it to Makro Centurion.

Do not ask me to do it again. I did my part.

I want to give it back irrespective of Makro’s conditions as I already comp**** and took the item to them.

Any progress form senior management?

Makro is sitting with my money and failed to get my pressure cleaner repaired.

I also emailed the Karcher national supplier and they would be able to tell if the item was sent to them.
