*** Service from Makro

As I'm drafting this I am shaking cos im beyond ****ed off with the *** Service received from Makro . I've been busy on the phone with Makro the whole day

The worst Service I received was from Makro Woodmead. I sent an email....3 hours later they had not responded. I called held on for 10 minutes and the lady Khanyi answered the phone and told me the lady Mudimo who has to hold with a quote is out.

An hour later I called back Khanyi answered the phone and told me Mudimo is still not back. I asked if there's no one else who can help she said not. I asked what if this lady died she then told me there is someone who works with the lady but is also not available.

I asked she put me through to the manager and asked for the managers name so I can try and get assistance she told me the managers name is Mfaniseni and told me he's currently busy on another line.

I told Khanyi ill wait since I have been waiting the whole day already

Minutes late a lady answeres her name is Palesa and tells me that Mfaniseni is not at work today she hears that I have a complaint. I told her 1. I don't have a complaint but need assistance 2. I asked who's lying now between her and Khanyi cos Khanyi told me Mfaniseni is on another call. 3. I asked if she could assist and said she couldn't she's downstairs people who can assist are upstairs

Like how stupid can makro people be....a lot of people have lost their jobs during this pandemic and there's online options and they cant really see that we really don't need them Worst service from Alberton. They sent a quotation then stopped responding to rest

Best service though from Makro Crown Mines - assisted by Dorcas Best service from Carnival assisted by Patrick and Precious Best service from Germiston- received quotation 5 minutes after I sent a request.
