I am still waiting for a refund. I keep getting excuses. This is the second time I send this machine back and yet I sit with no money and no machine. I must pay for hiring of machines which is even more money out of my pocket for something that should've not been costing me this hiring fees and that for something you have.
This is pathetic. The machine was found to be faulty twice and yet you fail to refund me.
I didn't pay you "stukkie-stukkie" for the machine. I paid you in full even before I had it. So why are you battling to give me my money back?

Your call centre staff are just ridiculous. SIPHO sounded like he was still hungover from the weekend showing absolutely no interest in my query dragging his voice to show his disinterest and when I told him, he gave me a piece of HIS mind and then cut my call.
Ghang then kept me waiting for 11 minutes when I said I needed a manager then he cut the call.
Tshepo then kept me waiting for 26 minutes only to tell me Norman Pillay will get back to me.
Norman Pillay is an absolute waste of time because all he does is copy and paste the same response in every e-mail.
Pulling teeth without anesthetic would be easier at this point.
