Just poor service out and out.

Good day. I visited your store on Friday the 6th of June. to buy Almond Breeze - Unsweetened Milk. I had the option to buy 3 individual boxes or a 6 pack. In all honesty I thought that a 6 pack of Milk would work out cheaper or the same as buying 6 individually. Looking at my till slip an hour after leaving the store I realised that it was more expensive buying a 6 pack of milk than 6 individual milk boxes. I called the store and spoke to the dairy manager who promised me that he would look into it and give me a call back. It's been 4 days later and I have not heard back from him or the store in this matter.As a person who is also in the customer service industry I find this to be very poor service. It's not about the money, but more a principle of product pricing and customer service.
