Just close my account

Tried to close my account in store and they make it as difficult as possible. Had to speak to a call centre consultant who said someone would call me back in 48 hours to close the account. I missed the call (which MIGHT have been them) and they never called again.

Is my account closed? If not please close it I'm not going in stores or phoning call centres just close the damn account, it's paid up. Don't call me, I don't want to talk to you.
